Smores
With all the homemade marshmallows I made I decided I better make something with them before they sat in the cabinet for too long. I went to the store and got some grahams and chocolate and viola! smores.
I melted chocolate chips with a little bit of butter on a double boiler, then spooned it on a graham. Then I put a marshmallow on top then another dollop of chocolate then topped it with another graham. It took me 20 minutes or so. Easy Peasy.

Holy crap. Smores are my favorite food and those look phenomenal. Can I come over?
I made homemade graham crackers yesterday! It was pretty easy, and they turned out super yummy. If you have leftover smores, (which I am sure you do not, because they look amazing) you can freeze them, and they are a great frozen treat.
